SUNLAND TUJUNGA is having a grand July Fourth
Fireworks display. It is at Verdugo Hills High.
We usually watch from a few blocks away at our
home, and since I will be up here working on my
home, that's just where I'll see the show.
Sunland Tujunga is very community organized.
August has the Watermelon Festival in Sunland
Park; Free Melons! Easter you have the Cross up
on the Verdugo Hills were there are sunrise services
on folding chairs up on the mountain.
The Fireworks sign below is at the former
drive-thru dairy and is the new drive-thru java
hut, Coffee Stop Drive Thru owned by Jeremy,
who invites everyone to Biker, Classic Car and Movie nites
...and of course
Sunland-Tujunga
4th of July Parade!
