DESTRUCTION
Flower and Di have been guarding my home for
three years while I was taking care of my
Mom in Noho, and don't call PETA, my son
and his Mother took care of them. Finally
after being back a few weeks,
the doggies have adjusted to my kitties

the way were born in this ST home.

Destruction & RENEWAL ...
JME decimates the the innards of out
house in Sunland Tujunga, California. All the
inside walls were removed to redo the interior.
New design and new walls with insulation for sound.
Being away from my Sunland Tujunga home for
over three years has brought about much neglect.
Below slow progress is being made with new steel
double glass windows we are doing ourselves.
This is one of the first steps toward restoration
and modernization of my small house up here at
the 1500 or so foot level of Los Angeles.
Just got broadband, even though I originally had
'dial-up' for over eight years, the last three years
of DSL in Noho was wonderful, while the last few
weeks of dial-up was just OK, you know what they
say, one for the money two for the show, or is it
once you've gone FAST you can never go back.
- "THE PLAN(s)"
Yes, this is the map of my little home
in Sunland Tujunga California, below is
a sketch map of what we are thinking of
to upgrade. As you can see we are opening up
the kitchen to the dining and living rooms
removing the wall heater (going HAVC)
and putting a work/eating area that goes
out to the others rooms from the kitchen,
making that GREAT ROOM thingy, that is
so "IN" now ("I'm In With The In Crowd")
Also moving the kitchen sink to match the
counter in the middle, and moving it away
from the side door making access easier,
and putting the left bedroom door next to
the side door rather than in the middle of
the kitchen, and redefining the closets of
the bedrooms. Along with all this re-do
and tiling of the bathroom.
AND WE JUST STARTED, more to come.

one can still drive-by this day.
